Operational cc risks scoring

Our key task is to assess and quantify operational cc risks that make a major impact on the work of the organisation, so that our clients  are not only aware of their exposures to these risks, but can act on the operational and staffing cc issues identified.  We help them to develop a sound response to these risks.

Cognitive cc risks management

Cognitive cc risks reflect the way the information can be framed and used by specific stakeholders, are the hardest to quantify, but they may have a  substantial impact on business and a large loss potential. That is why we work closely with our clients to help them react quickly and appropriately when these types of risks emerge.
