About 3CN

3CN was born out of frustration. Years in corporate business development brought numerous examples of millions of dollars, pounds, euros lost through;

• culturally inappropriate market entry strategies
• conflicts arising when cultural norms were ignored during the selection of personnel
• cultural faux pas made during important negotiations which wiped out months of preparation.

Started in 2001, 3CN grew from humble beginnings.  We started out as a boutique consultancy offering tailor-made solutions to bridge communication gaps, and grew into a network of cross cultural risk management consultants, working out of five continents. We are very proud of our team of consultants, all of them have business-related degrees and have to fulfill the obligatory requirement of living outside their own country for a number of years, so that they could get an unbiased view of the CC risks of their own culture.
